Terms & Conditions:-

1. The rate of interest will be @ 1.5% per month.
2. Avail loan amount ranging from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 1, 00,000.
3. The valuation of the gold ornaments will be done by Dainik Savera Nidhi through authorized value, and the cost of valuation will be borne by borrower.
4. Two colored photographs of gold ornaments are required.
5. Two colored photographs of borrower and his/her ID proof are required.
6. The loan interest will be paid on monthly basis.
7. In case of nonpayment of interest for 3 months, Loan account will be declare as Non Performing Assets (NPA). The Loan Amount shall be payable on demand immediately after sufficient notification provided to the borrower. Gold ornaments will be sold by Dainik Savera Nidhi limited in absence of non fulfillment of condition.
8. The expenditure on sale of Gold ornaments plus principal outstanding amount along with interest up to the date of sale of ornaments and 4% penalty on the principal amount shall be deducted from the receipts of sale and balance amount will be deposited in to saving account.
9. The borrower has to provide an affidavit declaring the ownership of the ornaments that he/she has only the sole owner of the Ornaments. In case of any third party claim, Borrower shall indemnify to the Dainik Savera Nidhi Limited.
10. In case the borrower does not pay the monthly interest, a penalty of 5% has to be charged for such default. Such penalty shall be paid on the very next installment.
